Let's talk about getting the job done!! I received my estimate at 9:00am, approved the work to be done by 10:00am, and the work was done by 3:00pm. At the most reasonable price. Then, on top of that, I received a veterans discount after the invoice was sent to me!!! 100% would recommend the guys to everyone!! I'm going back to get the brakes done very soon on my 2009 Jeep Patriot!!

Dealing with complete was literally the best experience I have ever had!! I just happen to call the first shop that showed up on google.. I dropped my vehicle off that morning, he had a shuttle outside waiting to take me to work and my car was done by the time I got off!! All the employees were extremely nice and answered all my questions with no issues at all! It was just the best experience all around!

I've been there twice now and every time they've been very respectful and always tell me every single thing wrong with the car and what I need to get done first without any Hassel. They even give you ride to and from where ever you need to go if needed. Definitely worth going in my opinion

These guys are absolutely wonderful. I am so grateful to them. The effort they put into helping people is unbelievable. The first time I went there my transmission blew. They got in contact with my dealer for me. They gave us and our big tog a ride all the way to kc. Michael Green and Galen Brewer were so nice and helpful. Then getting a new car I referred to them and Galen helped me out with advice on vehicles. Basically helped me search for a car. Anything I need related to a vehicle they are on it. Never had such a wonderful experience with any auto shop ever. Usually have shops trying to scheme or get you for your money or just lazy. Complete automotive is a little pricey but 100% worth every penny.

I never give 5 star ratings but this place earned it. I spoke to Tori and explained my emergency situation. She directed me to their closest location, called ahead and told them my situation so they were ready when we got there. They got it diagnosed within 15 minutes and had me on the road again in under 2 hours and charged a very fair price. Saved our mini vacation. HIGHLY recommend.
